Pricing and Membership Info

We offer various membership lengths to suit your needs: 12-Month Commitment, 6-Month Commitment, and 3-4 Month Commitment options that can be paid either in full or paid monthly. We do not offer month to month options at this time to protect member safety.
Yes! We offer discounts for couples, families, personal training clients, and students. Our membership discounts are structured to make fitness more accessible to members!
Yes, we currently only offer contractual membership options. Contracts help in securing better rates for members and providing better member safety while in the facility. However, we do strive to make all member processes easy and transparent and provide our processes for non-renewal, cancellation, and freezes of memberships below.
Gym Access and Club Amenities
The Lifting Lab is a true 24-hour facility for its current members, available to members around the clock for convenience and flexibility. However, prospective members and tours of the facility are set up by appointment only so contact us today if you’d like to come see the gym!
Yes, we offer personal training services by highly qualified certified trainers. The cost varies depending on the session type and trainer but training options and pricing can be discussed directly with our trainers, tailored to your fitness needs and goals!
We offer a variety of classes including strength training, spin, RUMBLE, yoga, HIIT, and more, designed to suit all different fitness levels and interests. Most classes are included with your membership. See the latest schedule and book your spot book on Vagaro now!
Yes, we allow guests ONLY if they are accompanied by a current member. Guest passes can be purchased by members/their guests for $10 per person per day so long as members provide their guest’s full name and phone number to The Lifting Lab staff before bringing them and that member occupies the facility at the same time as their guest. No guests are allowed on the premises unaccompanied.
Sorry but no. We only offer current members the option to bring their guests and are not currently open to the public, but if you would like to take a tour and are interested in membership, we would love to show you the gym!
Access to the gym is controlled through a state-of-the-art digital access system. Members will download an app and receive a Brivo Mobile Pass via email that allows entry to the gym at any hour.
If you lose your phone or switch to a new one, please contact gym staff as soon as possible to update your access credentials and ensure uninterrupted gym access. Passes are not transferable phone to phone to ensure member safety.
For security reasons, access to the gym requires your Brivo Mobile Pass. If you forget it, you’ll need to contact staff for assistance. Please note, our policy does not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their mobile access.
We have lockers, cubbies, and changing areas available for members for their convenience. Feel free to use them during your visits to the gym.
Unfortunately at this time our facility does not offer showers, saunas, steam rooms, or tanning services.
We do not have swimming pools, but our members do have access to an outdoor half basketball court. Our focus is on providing high-quality gym equipment, personalized training, and class experiences.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the gym, allowing you to stay connected while you work out.
Billing, Freezes, Cancellations, and Non-Renewal of Memberships
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. Members can choose to be billed monthly or annually, based on their membership plan.
If you have received any Vagaro invoices for failed payments, just pay those secure payments with the card you would like to update your account to and it will automatically update the membership to bill to that card.
If you are updating your card and do not have any invoices, you can log into your Vagaro account with the same email you have your email receipts sent to and update it securely on there. Or you can call or text 567-250-2578 to set up a time to update the information with The Lifting Lab’s staff.
If a payment is missed a late fee may be applied to your account each time our system tries to rebill for the missed payment. We encourage members to keep their payment information up to date to avoid any disruptions in membership access.
Yes, memberships automatically renew at the end of each term for the same length of time for your convenience and to save you from setup fees in the future.
If you wish to make any changes, not renew, or cancel, please contact us at least 30 days before the renewal date as we require specific policies to be followed for each option.
Freezing: Temporarily suspends your membership for a specified period for medical reasons.
Non-Renewal: Opting not to renew your membership after the current term ends but retaining membership and gym access until the end of the contract.
Cancellation: Terminating your gym membership before the contract term ends and forfeiting gym access early.
Members can cancel their membership by providing a 30-day written notice via our “Cancellation Form” and paying an early termination fee. If you cancel before your contract term ends, an early termination fee of half the remaining balance on the account paid in full at the time of cancellation and any membership dues owed within that 30-day period will apply. Specific details are available in your membership contract.
If you decide not to renew your membership, please inform us at least 30 days before your contract renewal date by submitting a written notice via our signed “Non-Renewal of Membership Form” in person via the dropbox beside the forms near the back office of the gym.
This option has no early termination fee associated with it and continues gym access until the end of the membership contract. However, if a former member cancels or doesn’t renew membership, they will be subject to another initial fee upon signing a new contract with The Lifting Lab.
If you move to a location that is 25 miles or more from The Lifting Lab’s premises, you may be eligible to cancel your membership without a penalty. The Lifting Lab requires members to provide specific documents for proof of relocation and contact us for assistance in cancelling their memberships early due to moving.
Freezes for memberships are provided only for medical conditions, illnesses, or injuries for a maximum of 3 months at a time and require doctors notes with a 14 day written notice via our filled out and signed “Freeze Form” in order to process before any billing occurs.
Freezes can be renewed if conditions prolong longer than 3 months if the member provides an updated doctors note and that completed and signed “Freeze Form” 14-30 days before the current membership freeze is set to expire.
To freeze your membership, please contact us via email to staff@theliftinglab.net with your request, specifying the start and end dates for the freeze period so we can help process everything for you.
