The Lifting Lab offers many free group fitness classes for our members including Spin, Rumble (basically cardio kickboxing but you get a stick to hit things with/super fun), Yoga, and more!
We want to make fitness and health accessible for everyone, so all of our group fitness classes are only 30 minutes long. This makes it a little bit easier for our members to motivate themselves to try something they haven’t before but will probably love! Our instructors are so kind and encouraging, and they provide modifications for any level as needed, so if you are a beginner or more experienced you will be able to have the workout you want!
The Lifting Lab also offers some paid classes with community partners to bring some fun creative activities to the gym and create opportunities for people to indulge in self care, make friends, and support their local community!
